Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery on Classic Towers & DIY Aluminium Towers - Orders for complete towers and accessories for dispatch at the same time are Free of Delivery charges (to most English and Welsh Postcodes see below for surcharges). Orders for Classic Tower accessories 'ONLY' without a complete tower, will be subject to a delivery charge of up to £39 (incl. vat) and will depend on the amount of accessories ordered as this cost is weight based. We recommend orders for accessories 'only' are placed by phone direct with our sales team on 0121 585 5858.
Stocked, Small & Medium Items – Next Day Delivery - (see below for Large Items including Scaffold Towers) - We offer a fast delivery service with most stocked items dispatched the same day* if your order is received by 3.30pm Monday to Friday. We despatch most small and medium sized (Parcel Size) items to most Mainland addresses via Courier on a NEXT ‘WORKING DAY' service which means for example, if you order on a Friday by 3.30pm you will normally receive your order on the following Monday (between 8 am and 6.00pm) however this is NOT a guarantee as there are many factors which can affect dispatch of orders such as staffing levels and also we rely on carriers to deliver our items and sometimes they are not able to deliver on the day we have suggested due to circumstances beyond our control. Bank Holidays are not classed as a ‘working day’ therefore orders will normally be delivered the day after a bank holiday assuming the order was received by 3.30pm the preceding ‘working day’. Please check the delivery info tab on the item you require to get more details on delivery times. Please contact us if delivery date/day is important to you, to confirm arrangements.
Large Items - Large items such as Scaffold Towers, Trestles or Ladders etc, will not usually be despatched until we have spoken to you to arrange a convenient delivery day when you will be in to receive your goods. This gives you an opportunity to check to see if any damage* has occurred in transit and sign for the goods as complete or mark the driver’s paperwork accordingly. We can leave items in a safe place if we have your prior approval as once the items have been delivered they become your responsibility.

If we can’t contact you then this could result in your item being delayed.
Liability
We use external carrier companies to ship our goods and therefore we shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by customers due to late deliveries which sometimes can happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
*Damaged Goods
We use third party carriers to deliver our goods and occasionally, damage does occur in transit. All Items leave us in new, unused condition (unless otherwise stated).
Consumers - You have up to 4 working days after the day you received the item from us, to advise us if any goods are damaged. Please advise by email and include photographs of any damage you have spotted. If you wish to return any item to us please refer to the refunds and returns page for more details.
Trade/Business/Commercial customers - Goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that goods have been received in a satisfactory condition.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for any damages reported after a signature has been obtained.
Non-Stock Items
There may be occasions where we don’t have the item you have purchased in stock on our premises. In these circumstances we may send items direct from the manufacturer. This means you will receive your item in the shortest time possible.
Items we do not stock may be sent on a 3 - 5 working day delivery service - Please check the delivery info tab on the item you require to get more details on delivery times. Please contact us if delivery time is important to you, to confirm arrangements.

Surcharges Northern Ireland/Southern Ireland Deliveries to consumers and Companies in Northern Ireland are possible, but will incur extra delivery charges depending on the item required. Deliveries to Southern Ireland are only possible to companies who have an EORI number and will be subject to export delivery charges. Please contact our sales department for a quote or if you have any questions regarding Northern or Southern Ireland. Scottish Highlands & All Offshore Islands Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and all offshore Islands will be subject to a surcharge, prices on application Please ring us prior to placing your order. |
