Delivery Information

Fast Free Delivery on Classic Towers & DIY Aluminium Towers

Orders for complete towers and accessories for dispatch at the same time are Free of Delivery charges (to most English and Welsh Postcodes; see below for surcharges). Orders for Classic Tower accessories ONLY without a complete tower, will be subject to a delivery charge of up to £36 (incl. VAT), depending on the amount of accessories ordered as this cost is weight-based. We recommend orders for accessories 'only' are placed by phone direct with our sales team on 0121 585 5858.

Small & Medium Items

We offer a fast delivery service with most items dispatched the same day* if your order is received by 1.30pm Monday to Friday. We send Medium-sized Parcels (2kg and above) to most mainland addresses via Courier on a NEXT ‘WORKING DAY' service. For example, if you order on a Friday by 1.30pm, you will normally receive your order the following Monday (between 8 am and 6.00pm). However, this is NOT a guarantee, as we rely on carriers to ship items and many factors can affect the dispatch of orders such as carrier staffing levels and vehicle breakdowns. Small parcels (below 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail on a 2 - 3 working day service. 

Bank Holidays are not classed as a ‘working day’ and therefore orders will normally be delivered the day after a bank holiday assuming the order was received by 1.30pm the preceding ‘working day’. Please check the delivery info tab on the item you require for more details on delivery times. If the delivery date is important to you, please contact us to confirm arrangements.

Large Items

Large items such as Scaffold Towers, Trestles, or Ladders will usually not be dispatched until we have spoken to you to arrange a convenient delivery day. This allows you to be present to check for any damage* that may have occurred in transit and sign for the goods as complete or mark the driver’s paperwork accordingly. We can leave items in a safe place with your prior approval, but once delivered, they become your responsibility.

Please make sure you provide an up-to-date mobile phone number so we can arrange delivery and in case our carrier needs to contact you.

If we can’t contact you, this may delay the dispatch of your item.

Liability

We use external carrier companies to ship our goods and shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by customers due to late deliveries, which can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Goods

We use third-party carriers to deliver goods, and occasionally, damage does occur in transit. All items leave us in new, unused condition (unless otherwise stated).

Consumers

You have up to 4 working days after the day you receive the item to advise us if any goods are damaged. Please advise us via email and include photographs of the damage. For returns, please refer to our refunds and returns page for more details.

Trade/Business/Commercial customers

Goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that goods have been received in satisfactory condition. The seller shall not be held responsible for any damages reported after a signature has been obtained.

Non-Stock Items

There may be occasions where the item you purchased is not in stock at our premises. In such cases, items may be sent directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Non-stock items may be sent on a 3 - 5 working day delivery service. Please check the delivery info tab on the item you require for details, and contact us if delivery time is important to confirm arrangements.

Surcharges

Northern Ireland/Southern Ireland

Deliveries to consumers and companies in Northern Ireland are possible but will incur extra delivery charges depending on the item. Deliveries to Southern Ireland are only available to companies with an EORI number and will be subject to export delivery charges.

Scottish Highlands & All Offshore Islands

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands will be subject to a surcharge. Please call us before placing your order for a quote.
