Refund & Returns

Cancellation/Returns Policy

Cancellation of orders and Returns are accepted within 14 days of original receipt of goods and are subject to the following conditions - The buyer must advise in writing or by email (sales@toptower.co.uk) that they wish to return the goods. Our initial response will include issuing a returns form containing a returns number which should be clearly marked on the returned goods.

The goods must be unused and in new, re-saleable condition (returned with all original packaging) and the buyer must arrange and pay for the goods to be sent back to us within a further 14 days after advising us they are to be returned. We recommend using a fully insured service and goods must be packaged suitably for shipping via carrier as goods damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the goods and established the items are in re-saleable condition, a full refund will be given via the same method as the original transaction and in the case of credit/debit cards refunds will only be given back to the original card used in the initial transaction.

Returns beyond 14 days after receipt cannot be returned for a refund although in certain circumstances, we may permit this, but we reserve the right to deduct restocking charges (15% to 35% of original goods value depending on item) and all carriage charges will be deducted from any such refund.

Returned goods which are damaged in transit back to us or are not considered to be in new, resalable condition will not qualify for a refund and you must make arrangements to collect the goods from our premises within 14 days after we have informed you of this. If the goods are not collected within 90 days then we reserve the right to dispose of the goods to reclaim warehouse space.

 

Orders for Custom/bespoke/specials cannot be returned for refund.
